The lady top done

I am really happy with this piece. This is a scrappy art quilt, no new fabric at all for her, all from my stash and my scraps bin. I had her in my mind for a long time and I am happy I got around to make her. I saw that stained glass free pattern on Pinterest, she can be found here

I modified her to suite my taste and easier to appliqué. For the longest time, I imagined her in front of the window but I made a few background and it was just not working. The wisterias idea came of nowhere and I knew it was what I needed.

She was my November goal at "a year of lovely finish" so I am happy to be done for the top. Next step is thread painting and quilting.
