I should be working on "the Dancer" quilt....it is well under way to be quilted.
Or I should start quilting "the peacock" quilt
....but instead I decided to get those blocks out. This is my baby jungle quilt I started maybe 6 months ago and I feel like working on those cuties :)
These are so adorable! Isn't it great to have different projects going at once, so you can work on what you feel like?ReplyDelete
yup. One reason why I don't do orders. :)Delete
Adorable! I like the freedom we quilters have to work on what strikes our fancy at the moment!ReplyDelete
hee hee! Isn't that the best part of quilting - we can work on any project that strikes our fancy in the moment.ReplyDelete
How sweet! I can see why you'd get side tracked.ReplyDelete
Your jungle quilt will be something to see once finished! Your appliqués are beautifully stitched and the background fabric really set the animals into a forest. Very clever.ReplyDelete
Having a choice of projects to choose from is indeed great... no time to be bored. :-)
As for your gorgeous bird... when the time comes to work around him, you'll know it, i'm sure.
Thank you very much for participating to my first Fabric, Thread and Yarn link party. I'm glad you came. Happy New Year!
Your baby hippo and zebra blocks make me smile Yanicka! It's more fun to work on whatever strikes your fancy at the time. Happy New Year!ReplyDelete
I always TRY to finish all of my projects before I start another one, lol but sometimes it just doesn't work out that way. Very cute zebra!ReplyDelete
Those are adorable!!!ReplyDelete
Can't wait to see the whole quilt.ReplyDelete
these are too cute! I can see why you got sidetracked to this project.ReplyDelete
