This is my first quilt. It is about 16 years old and I did it when my son was born. My "baby" is now a lot taller than me. This quilt have is stained and coming apart in some place but for me it is priceless.
It also remind me of packing my one year old and what ever I could fit in my car and driving 16 hours to my mother's place and 65$ in my bank account. I can look back to that moment and be proud of all I was able to accomplish since for myself and my family.
