On my wall this week

I have 2 projects that I want to work on this week.

My "Little prince" quilt and a new boy quilt "Little fisherman"

I am playing with a piano key border for the fox........still deciding if it is too bold or not :) and writing the quote from the book, I will probably use black tread on the letters to make it darker.

Little Fisherman is still in the early day of construction.

    1. it will be this quote in french To me, you are still nothing more than a little boy who is just like a hundred thousand other little boys. And I have no need of you. And you, on your part, have no need of me. To you I am nothing more than a fox like a hundred thousand other foxes. But if you tame me, then we shall need each other. To me, you will be unique in all the world. To you, I shall be unique in all the world....”

Both me and the recipient are french speaking

    2. That fox is amazing. C'est inspiré du Petit Prince. Superbe! I am not sure about that border though, because there is no such blue in the centre. But, maybe you have more to add to tie it all together? ;^)

  5. Wow, Yakicka, you have truly captured the posture of a real fox! It is simply gorgeous. I also love the story of the fox(es) and boy(s). I am not a fan of the border, but given what you've done with the fox and the quote, I am looking forward to your next idea with the border.

Thank you for posting to TN&TN's WIP Wednesday.
