Yes, blue is a known "calming" color. I think that's why I rarely sew a quilt without it. I noticed I have a few of the same blue fabrics in my stash and scraps. Great minds think alike.

ReplyDeleteGood idea! I was thinking about doing some of that same kind of sewing today! It's fun to let the fabric and shapes take you where it wants to go.
