Kitty Swap ready to ship

My kitty mini quilt is done

The second sewing item is done. This was my first case ever! First zipper too! It is far from perfect but that cute kitty fabric on the outside and my own hand water marbled as a lining sure compensate for my inexperience :)

Sending a few of those, they can be used as pin cushion or cat toys, once again made with my water marbled fabrics.

Love birds Romeo and Juliette finally have their background and are ready to appliqué.

  1. Your kitty mini quilt is adorable. Truly, the cute little kitty looks ever so sweet walking along the fence. Fabulous quilting too and the moon shining brightly is inspired. The kitty fabric on the little zipper bag is very cool!

  2. As. Long as your zipper opens and closes easily, your pouch is perfect. I really like the kitty mini quilt. The fabric choice adds dimension to the piece, making kitty into a British shorthair.

For Romeo and Juliette are you using freezer paper piecing? They look stunning!

  9. Hello Yanicka

Your kitty quilt is gorgeous! I love the way he is tiptoeing across the top of the fence.

The water marbled fabric is really special. I especially like the yellow with little streaks of purple.
